"What I loved about Shayla was when I got to speak with her she acknowledged my "hesitation" based on questions I was asking. She was in tune with me and said "talk to me about how you feel with where its currently at" and from there she broke things down a bit further based on what I needed and explained any gaps that I wasn't anticipating like property taxes being higher than expected in the buying process.
