I have had identity thief from this business. One of their employees took my social security number and did a false loan application to get information on me. I would not trust your social security numbers in the hands of one of their employees I am pressing charges on her .
I was dealing with this Guild company and they gave me proof of bank loan letter and right before closing, they told me my proof of loan is not going through.I had to cancel my moving out notice, unpack all of the boxes that I've pack, lost $275 from general home inspection and had to do many other stressful actions because of this company.
This place is great... wife and i have been looking into buying our first home for some time now... Anne Fisher is the one we talked to. she explained every thing and made sure we understood how everything was done... we will be coming back 4 investments in the future,
