Chris Lambert was so helpful. My fiancé and I bought our first house and he made the whole process so easy. He answered all of our questions, no matter how ridiculous, and got just as excited as we did when our offer was accepted. Forty-five days later and he had us in our first home. Wendy is absolutely amazing, buying a house is a stressful process but she made things go so smooth. You can tell she is a caring and wonderful person. I even sent two family members to her and working on getting my friend to get started. If we ever buy again she is the first person I will call.
I have had the absolute worst experience with Guild from the application process, people not doing their job at closing (THANK GOD FOR MY REAL ESTATE AGENT DOING THE JOB OF 3 people!), and now two years later with accounting and payments. I should have switched companies after months of issues when I had the chance. Your broker cannot help you with anything after closing either. You are at the mercy of their customer service center. Here we go in circles again after thinking this issue was solved back in March.
