At first it really seems like a great place, a private room and bathroom, helpful staff, calm environment. But it pretty soon became apparent that these weren't all the case. I went into the program letting them know I have multiple chronic health issues on top of my mental health problems, requiring frequent doctor visits with specialists. They require you go to groups almost every hour all day on weekdays, so I'd have to let them know ahead of time when my appointments were to try and get them excused, but somehow I would ... read more
