Dr Guido’s office staff are very customer friendly they do a great job at processing patients and treat you like a valued customer not just a number. Best run doctors office I have seen. Dr Guido’s nurse is the best makes you feel comfortable and her bedside manner is awesome. Other doctor offices can learn a lot from your office great job

Guido was a no show for my appointment. Also receptionist was very rude to my wife and I when we arrived.

My Mother was just refused a procedure she was needing done because of her inability to pay her percentage of the bill that Medicare won't pay and was told to reschedule when she could pay at Florida Urology at 300 Clyde Morris Blvd in Ormond Beach. This is Medical Neglect and will be treated as such!!!!

Dr. Guido's demeanor, professionalism, experience, and knowledge are all a patient could ask for, and his staff are equally outstanding. I consider myself very fortunate to have him for my urologist.
D. Christian Guido might be ok. Simply they, the staff books to many people per day to effectively treat you. like a human being. there is room for disaster in that office. The Palm Coast office is even worst. It is essentially a secondary office, just to get more patients from Palm Coast to go to Ormond Beach office. The receptionist up front in P/C is too busy talking on the phone, then to help patients.
Excellent doctor, great person. Could not get any better care !
