The Guiding Wellness Institute offers the best in wellness classes and programs and is leading a massive shift in consciousness in community health care. I was honored to support their 2016 yoga teacher training (YTT) and share our Warriors at Ease curriculum in their Fayetteville, NC and Clarksville, TN locations. I look forward to seeing how the extraordinary teachers from these two YTTs bring the power of yoga and meditation to the military communities of Ft. Bragg and Ft. Campbell.
