One of my healthcare providers told me to call this place and ask about hepatitis testing because I could have exposed to hep. The guy over the phone was sardonic and did nothing but gaslight me and make vulgar jokes the whole time I talked to him and I was appalled by his rudeness. I called a guy named Jordan was really disrespectful and unprofessional I was being polite I told him my symptoms and he told me to go to a physician and said just because it’s free doesn’t mean you we treat everyone mind you I went there in a the past then he used curse words and hung up in my face I’m very upset very unprofessional also he seemed very impaired….. DEFINITELY SHOULD INFLUENCE A UA THAT BEHAVIOR SHOULDNT BE TOLERATED AT ALL
Wouldn’t test me and said if he did it would take 30 days to get results
Couldnt get tested since i didnt have symptoms even tho i was exposed doesmt really make sense.
