The lady that I spoke with was not very professional. Or let me say had no compassion in her voice. Long story short she asked if she could call me back which would have been fine but she did not ask for my name or my number. How are you going to call me back?? People call in already upset because they are dealing with a sick family member. They/we need all the compassion we can get during difficult times.
