I've had several issues in my apartment for the last few months, mostly bathroom issues. Every time I have had an emergency or any maintenance situation the maintenance tech, Glenn, had been extremely prompt and helpful in every situation. He comes to check on the issue as soon as possible and gets the job done as fast as he can. Always really positive, goes beyond and above to make sure our maintenance request in completed in a timely and efficient manner. They regularly lose our rent check, Maintenance is shoddy at best. There are broken down walls they have not fixed, They rarely answer the phone. My last rent check was returned for wrong address, they may no longer be at this address.
