Collin is absolutely amazing; Not only has he saved my dog from getting lost while out pottying several weeks back; he came back for a work order; crushed the order, and corrected some other big ticket items, thee sinks, one faucet, and track lighting repaired in one day; while he still helped two other clients along with us throughout his time here... Jonny did a great job replacing the light bulb. He also checked the other rooms, fixed an issue he found, and even cleaned the vent without being asked. Really appreciate his extra effort.
I've rented from this property management in the past and the experience with them is good, no complaints. Then, I found myself moving again and they had the perfect location and price for a unit we wanted, so I jump on that. I had the best experience ever working with this management company because off Isiah Fowler, who represented Guide Property to the fullest! This man handled me like a true PRO, and I can vibe a lot.
