Guide has been so good to us! We had a different management company when we first moved into our apartment and they were terrible… then guide came in and now there fixing everything that was bad about our apartment! Colin, the maintenance guy, is so friendly and does great work! He’s been amazing to us and does such a great job! He always gets to our work orders so quickly and things get fixed fast! Review for Johnny: Johnny has been fantastic helping me with several maintenance issues I had in my unit. He was prompt in his responses, very quick to fix or find a solution for my requests, and fully fixed my issues instead of just making temporary adjustments. He made sure I understood every step of the process so I highly recommend him for any needs, he’s been the best for all of my maintenance needs.
I was in a frantic status trying to find a place. I came across this apartment and started my journey with Joanne Woods from the beginning she was very kind and communicated with me quite well.
