I've had several issues in my apartment for the last few months, mostly bathroom issues. Every time I have had an emergency or any maintenance situation the maintenance tech, Glenn, had been extremely prompt and helpful in every situation. He comes to check on the issue as soon as possible and gets the job done as fast as he can. GPS is an absolute clown show with a capital C. LOL at the previous reviews left by their staff members. I’ve lived at the Lohas Apartments for 6+ years and they are literally the worst property management company I’ve dealt with since living here. For starters, Amelia Rockcastle - our new property manager does not respond to calls or texts. Serious warning - Guide PM is a really horrible management company! Would never rent from them again! We rented from Guide for two years and it was non-stop issues. Dishonest billing practices, lack of communication and transparency (we were over-billed for our water and told NOT to tell other tenants when we were issued a credit, despite the bill being split between all tenants).
