From the first tour to the end of treatment, Guide was amazing! Suzette was super responsive and generous with her time - always answering all of my many questions. Our daughter couldn’t stop talking about how much she connected with Becky and Stephanie. They are so sweet and clearly great at what they do. We are so incredibly grateful for the whole Guide team and the impact on our family! Can’t recommend enough. Thank you Guide!!
My child participated in a program at this facility for 6 weeks and it was not a good fit for our family. This location just opened in April and it seems to us they may need to gain some more experience. Guide started off very welcoming and empathetic, but after a few weeks, we felt the communication was lacking. It took weeks for my child to be assigned an individual therapist and we never received family therapy which was supposed to be a part of the program. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained their after-school program options for teens. I talked to the admissions team at Guide and they are knowledgeable and very helpful! Their new space in Menlo Park is beautiful. If you have a teen that needs mental health or substance use treatment don’t hesitate to call. They will help!
