Update: the owner called me after writing this review and apologized. He sent a more seasoned salesman out, Matt, and he was great. Very thorough, gave me an estimate on the spot, and showcased their products. I was very impressed and their doors seem very high quality. While I ultimately may go with another solution instead of a full door replacement, if I do decide to ever replace the door or my windows, Matt would be my first call. First of all my whole family including myself purchased front and back security doors from here, all with the same results RUST BUCKETS. Every door rusted out, SLAMES HARD. Customer service stinks if you.can get someone on the phone, they are always off. They even wanted to charge me 150.00 per door to remove because they use a specific socket to remove, even had mine repainted using automotive paint, same results RUST BUCKET. The Guida team was very professional from our first meeting through installation. They had more door options than other firms we met with. They custom build the door to fit our opening. Their installer replaced the door and reinstalled our storm door. The door looks great.
Have ordered several doors from Guida. Custom made to homeowners requirements. Beautiful doors that you won’t find at big box stores. From consultation to installation zero issues. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top of the line quality and installation
The installer Ezra arrived on time he was friendy, informative explaining the locking mechanism When he was finish he cleaned up all trash and debris
