awful – Be prepared to wait over an hour - even if you have an appointment. Simple eye exam takes an average of 2 hours. Office Staff could care less. They over book and its all about the mighty dollar.
Horrible office staff – The doctor is great but office/billing staff (specially Anthony) are horrible. It's sad for such a good doctor to have such horrible office.
Beware of Guggino Family Eye Center!!!! – I recently had cataract surgery. They messed it up big time and i now have complications. There was no pre-op consultation about the lens to be used. Very inept and unprofessional. I actually saw better WITH the cataracts than i do NOW!! They are now talking about 1 or 2 surgeries in order to "hopefully" fix the problem. I wouldn't trust these folks with my eyes ever again! Save yourself alot of pain and trouble............ STAY AWAY FROM GUGGINO FAMILY EYE CENTER!!!!!
