Our Daughter who attends Ole Miss leased an apartment at Taylor Road Cottages from Chritin Lawhead at Guest reality. We paid the Lease amount in its entirety and deposit upfront prior to her moving in. Upon move out on year later we and another set of parents moved our daughters out and made every effort to make sure that we left the apartment in better condition than we moved our daughters in.
