I visited Dr. Guerrino’s clinic two days ago, and the front office staff really amazed me. They were friendly and eased up most of my fears about my aching tooth. Will be back for more checkups.
I have literally become an unpaid marketer for Dr. Guerrino’s clinic. His service quality is so good that I can’t stop praising him amongst my friends.
This is one doctor I would recommend to anyone looking for dental services. The staff are so friendly that you will forget about all your dental problems.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible Dr. Guerrino was, I never would have gone to him. In my opinion, Dr. Guerrino performed gum surgery on 3 quadrants of my mouth which was totally unnecessary! Also, I learned much later that Dr. Guerrino has been disciplined on at least four occasions. Go to www.op.nysed.gov (the NY state website for professional discipline) where it lists two actions taken against him on Feb 12, 2002 and two actions taken July 16, 1999. Unfortunately, this office does not conduct itself in an honest, ethical or polite manner. They overcharge, fail to submit claims to insurance companies and keep terrible/inaccurate records. The Office staff is unfriendly and unnecessarily rude and combative. They scam what they can get out of pocket and when you inquire about charges they are nasty and actually present false information.
