Frustrated with several power outtages this week. No storms or wind. What is going on? Sitting in the dark again. Can't get any work done. In the past service has been reliable. This past week has been ridiculous. I'm officially behind in my work because of having to redo work that was lost when the power went out and because of so much time waiting for power to come back on. Pleeeeease figure this out and get whatever it is fixed.
Line Crews and people who answer phones are always pleasant, and work hard to get your power back on as quick as they can. Very customer driven, and works hard on preventative maintenance.
