I went in and took a look at a car that was on their website. Totally loved it wasn't 100% sure needed some time just a process it first time I bought a car by myself. Morgan Campbell was so sweet I explained I didn't want any pressure or stress . She told me to go home think about it let me know . When I come back to say that I did want it . Morgan said she would have my car ready to go on the following Thursday. I came back the car was ready to go .

Guelph Nissan has the worst customer service? I called and asked for a service advisor I was transferred waited over 20 minutes was still on hold so I decided to leave a message full details with my number email it’s been a month no call from them? Went on line tried to book an appointment got a message someone will call you to confirm and discuss my service needs it’s been 2 weeks no reply. I would not give them one star but I had to or I would not have been to leave a review.
