To the white haired lady at ER registration: What. Is. Wrong. With. You? You offer no compassion for anyone coming in in distress. Every health professional met beyond you is top notch and seems to genuinely care about people. Please find employment elsewhere. I dread dealing with you when myself or my family needs help. You have demonstrated this cold, rude and uncaring demeanor on every visit my family and friends have had to the ER. I hope your days are numbered in that employment position.

RIDICULOUS wait times. Was in the ER for 12 hours for Kidney stone pain. I moved to Guelph from Mississauga and this was my first time coming to this hospital. A total JOKE. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
