Horrible couldn't find parking anywhere finally found a spot at least we thought it was a spot because someone else was parked there to but then one of the er receptionist/nurse came flying out of the building being rude and giving us attitude right away saying we aren't allowed to park there my bf tried explaining there was no parking and it's an emergency and she said she doesn't care and after she threaten to call security another male nurse/worker came outside just to flip us off very unprofessional ... all she had to do... read more
ER department needs some serious attention. Not only is the place itself absolutely disgusting and I have reported them for health inspection, but the care is just as disgusting. There are a few that show they care and are stuck in a situation where they must answer to someone else who pulls rank and your care gets disregarded and the one that cares gets out ranked. Very egregious. The two people next to me were treated horribly. A woman struggling to breathe who wet herself told the doctor, who replied, “Ok. So? You need something from me?” And she had to say “diaper.” Is that not self explanatory? Another girl beside me asked how much longer the wait was and said she seriously was feeling much worse. Lady at the desk said “I’ll let someone know” and only followed through ten minutes later, at which point nobody did anything for another fifty minutes while I heard the girl literally cr... read more
Took my son on Sunday to have his knee looked at, blew it out at baseball. Drs and nurses were incredible. Had a long wait but that was ok as once the Ortho dr saw him he knew what to do and the entire staff were incredible. Calming my son down, (and me!! :) ) and getting a brace on. Absolutely amazing staff. Thank you.
