All the staff here are wonderful and the clinic is clean. Never had issues with scheduling or wait times. Leaving two stars as I’ve been about 6 times for reoccurring styes, every single time they told me the exact same thing “use warm compress” and did the exact same tests; Never any new ones or even pictures of my eyelid glands. I went to a second opinion, got a full exam and pictures and got referred to a dry eye specialist right away. I have been a patient of Guelph Eye M.D. and specifically Dr. Moinul for just over a year and a half. I find the entire staff professional and attentive to my issues. Dr. Moinul is extremely compassionate and talks to you not down to you. She explains what is being done and the reason. From my first appointment which was an eye emergency to my last visit Dr. Moinul yesterday, the entire staff in my book deserve more than a 5 star rating.
Expert care by the dedicated doctors here saved my friend’s eyesight. We are very appreciative.
