I had an emergency, and they had taken me in very short notice, but they were extremely welcoming and helpful. They were both really accommodating to my situation, and as a bonus, the wait time was fairly quick even tho they seemed really busy. The staff (nurses i assume) was polite, warm and efficient. Dr. Xu was great, helped resolve my situation quickly and was understanding to my needs and abilities. I would absolutely send any member of my family here in a heartbeat. Thank you, Guelph Eye MD ;)
Fast and efficient.
The staff are good . But I noticed no one clean their hands and eye examination machines/ equipment between each patient . I am a little bit discomfort and concerned.
The clinic is fine - a little brusque, with the classic medium to long wait times associated with specialists, but overall good service. The true issue is the parking. My most recent visit I only had cash with me - I've lost my wallet and so only have a temporary card capable of interacting with atms until my new cards come in the mail. The only option to pay was by card, and when I hit the call button it would dial but no one would pick up.
