John is such a wonderful fellow and takes time to explain every tiny detail. Any adjustments are dealt with in a timely matter. Lori Ann is able to set my appointments to coincide with my hours of work which I do appreciate to the fullest.Feb.9th/24. Inserts cleaned,gums are healthy.Dentures are nice and tight. All is grand!! Very important. I personally remove the dentures nightly and brush my gums and especially around the implants with an extra soft brush.
Let me start by saying I have went through a very difficult time when all lowers were removed. I had to go back to the surgeon multiple times and ended up having the extractions and then 3 more surgeries. I never thought this would end!!! Then I met John. I have never met someone that is so patient and really takes the time to explain everything to you so you understand it. Dr. Kallitsis fitted my dentures about 10 years ago and they still fit perfectly. He is a master at what he does.
