Brian, Pat and team provided us with timely and professional service over the Thanksgiving weekend when our furnace stopped working. We were also going through very difficult times with health issues in the family and their compassion was greatly appreciated. They will definitely be my go to company for the future needs. Very happy with my new heat pump installation from Guelph Climatecare. Brian was very knowledgable and helpful coming to the house to provide quotes on a my options. Install team of Ryan, Andrew and Vince (hope I got the names right) were very professional, actually arrived early and got everything installed. Left things cleaner then when they arrived. We called Guelph Climate Care in the evening when our AC unit stopped working and they sent a technician out the very next morning. The technician was very thorough in their diagnosis of our unit. He was able to identify the problem and get the unit working again. All for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend Guelph Climate Care!
