Never again!!! Over charged and under delivered! Needed my fireplaces cleaned and serviced, not only did they not get cleaned but were misdiagnosed as to what the problem was. Charged me over $500 for absolutely nothing, the service tech was here for an hour and totally missed the very common problem of cleaning spider webs from the gas intake valve on the burner. Apparently one of the most common easy to fix issues. Clearly the tech did not clean the fireplace at all or would have found the issue. Had to spend more money to... read more
