After a frustrating and less than favourable experience with our water heater rental company who values sales over service in an emergency situation, we called Guelph Climate Care who also installed and services our furnace and AC and they responded to us with their usual promptness and professionalism. We were given written quotes within minutes and the service tech was efficient, polite and explained the work he did. Thank you. I highly recommend you as a local, fabulous company!

Worked with Guelph Climate Care after my AC died, ended up fully replacing entire 20 year old HVAC system. They are family run, organized, highly responsive, honest and the level of customer care we've received is excellent.
