Charged me for a service they told me was covered under warranty then were extremely rude to me and my wife. Don't go here for anything.
If you are looking to buy a Mazda, Guelph Mazda is absolutely the only place to go! I first spoke with DJ the product advisor who is by far second to none, he is knowledgeable, professional and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are getting the best deal. If you're considering a car, this is the place to be! Randy was super helpful, and was understanding while we discussed our needs in a vehicle. I previously owned a Toyota and a Honda, thinking their reliability to be bar none, but when I heard about Mazda's bumper to bumper warranty with unlimited mileage, it made Mazda the clear winner (and a quick search online shows that the reliability is actually comparable or better!) Highly recommend Guelph City Mazda!!
Rami and Naveen were excellent in helping with the process of getting a car. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. When I ran into an issue with service Ontario they went there and resolved the problem. I can’t thank them enough for their help. If looking for a car Guelph City Mazda is the place to go.
