We've purchased two vehicles and currently lease one from Guelph City Mazda. Randy and the entire team have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure each transaction was smooth and hassle-free. DJ made my first car-buying experience so easy and stress-free! As this was my very first car, I had a LOT of questions (and I mean a lot), and I kept calling him with every little doubt. He patiently answered each one without rushing me and was completely transparent throughout the process. I truly appreciate his professionalism and friendliness. I would 100% recommend DJ to anyone looking to buy a car. The whole Guelph Mazda team also deserves a shout-out for their excellent customer service!
I went there this past Saturday. I was supposed to be test driving a Mazda 3 Sedan and instead I'm driving a Hatchback. Suprised Mazda had stopped mayking Cigarette Lighter Sockets as of 2023. No Hard Copy of paper work has been provided. It will all be done as a text to the Cell Phone. Disappointed they Sales close at 5 PM on weekday.
WOW WOW WOW!!! We can not give higher than 5 stars and Randy deserves at least a 10. He was absolutely fabulous and helped us with deciding on my new Mazda. He was patient and really showed us how much he loves helping people. The entire experience was absolutely amazing and that is because of Randy. Thank you Thank you. Also a thank you to Dominic who helped us as well. If you are ever looking for a car go see Randy at Guelph Mazda you will be happy you did!
