Recently I was able to enjoy a very nice evening at Guedo’s Cantina Grille. Just a small mexican restaurante, Guedo’s has a very unique and authentic atmosphere. It is an adobe building painted with bold colors, and there are chairs and tables outside. To walk into the building, there is a doorway covered by a cloth. My favorite – this is my 2nd favorite restaurant on the planet. I love the stuffed cheese crisp. Lucky for me my girlfriend likes to spoil me and usually takes me once or twice a month. Guedo has some secret family recipe. I don't know what it is but its unique I have never found it any where else. I love the green salsa and the sauce he uses in his chicken. but my favorite is his beef. There is only one restaurant I like better and its in NYC. good thing I moved back to phoenix.

Authentic Mexican Beach tacos – Fantastic food. I regular winning of "best tacos in Phoenic" over the past 20 plus years with good reason. Simple beach taco stand fare. Beef, Chicken, and Pork marinated in fruit juice and spices grilled over an open flame. Then chopped into small chunks. The primary menu item is tacos. Best Burrito Ever ! ! ! – You gotta try this place NOW! I've been enjoying Guedo's burritos for over ten years. And I will keep doing so for the next ten years and more. This is a MUST DO place for everyone who even thinks they like mexican food.

Eat GREAT Mexican Food and feel like your in Mexico...without havin to go to Mexico – The guedo that owns this place (the old short guy) has a nack for knowing what people want, then giving them exactly that. I've recommended this place to a number of people who now... won't eat fish taco's anywhere else...not even in Mexico! Great Place!!!

Good spot in Chandler – I like the beef tacos. They come pretty basic: tortillas and beef (cheese if you ask). Then it's up to you to dress the tacos at the condiment bar. They have shredded cabbage (no lettuce here), minced onion, and cilantro, among other things. Their hot salsa is pretty good, too. I haven't been in since they remodeled, but it used to be a very old, decreped looking place.

Don't bother – Total waste of time. Way overpriced, weak margaritas in plastic cups, NO TORTILLA CHIPS, cheese crisp was soggy, probably nuked. Go anywhere but here.

Quick, Cheap and Good – I'm new to Arizona and I've been pining for my Tex-Mex food. Guedo's has been a wonderful substitute for the old home fare. The spicy chicken burro is one of the best things I've ever had and the price is right. Don't let the modest interior turn you away. This is good, spicy and tasty food.

THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN NORTH AMERICA – I am a nation consultant in the franchise industry and I travel all over the United States, Canada and Mexico. I have eaten at so many different Mexican restaurants and this has to be the VERY BEST!! The food is awesome and the value is incredible. I can not do business in the Phoenix/Chandler area without eating here. My Sombreros off to you Guedos (Wedos). Hurry up and grow so that I can enjoy your awesome food all over.
