Gucci: Love your products, but your customer service, specifically in the repair center, is terrible. Still waiting on bags dropped off in AUGUST for repair. Process moves along, but only after I make a phone call or send an email inquiring on the order status. Chicago flagship store manager Amy Hanniford has promised to help. Let's she if she delivers.
