In store experience was good but I dropped off a suitcase for repair and I have been calling for a week and a half now and have not gotten any reply!!! I was told they’d give me a call in a week and I haven’t gotten anything back from them. Absolutely livid. Nobody answers the damn phone. At this point I just want my damn suitcase back.
The staff is awesome great customer service.
