I don’t use this pharmacy but it’s highly unprofessional of the pharmacist to take all the calls on speaker in which other people sitting for Dr’s appointment can hear everything about the person on the phone. It’s highly unprofessional and raises privacy concerns.
Best place I've dealt with. Courteous, professional, and catch wrong prescription, and immediately call Dr to confirm. Verry fast service, best I've experience in Kitchener.
Update, November 2024 I believe that the pharmacist and management has changed here, and customer service has declined severely. I called Friday for a common medication, and was told that they didn't know if they had it in stock. I asked to have them check because the pharmacy is closed over the weekend, but they assured me they are open on Saturdays. They're not.
