Absolutely the worst urgent care! The front desk people were so rude! I had to wait in the waiting area for 15 mins with my foot gushing blood everywhere and I was the only one in the waiting area. The "dr." Put stitches in me and not even an hr. later I was back because he said he tried a different kind of stitch on me and it didn't work so I had to get numbed up all over again. Then I call today about getting the stitches out and they want to charge me my $75 co pay AGAIN to have them taken out when the dr said I wouldn't ... read more
This place practices unethical billing practices and I would never recommend it to anybody. The worst billing dept I have ever dealt with EVER. This place is awful.
I’m a big fan of Guardian Urgent Care! They have given me the best customer service, starting from the front desk all the way to the provider. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello! I recently went into the Westminster Clinic for some female issues and I was seen by Dr. Leach. He gave extra care for my needs and I walked away feeling like my needs were being met. Thank you Guardian for your top of line care you give your patients!
