Brought my truck in to have some intermittent transmission issues diagnosed. It was with them for 2 days and they were not able to reproduce the issue. We have an idea of what MIGHT be wrong but they erred on the side of 'lets reproduce this and be sure instead of throwing a couple thousand dollars worth of parts at it'. I took a 2007 Lexus E350 which has having slipping problems with the transmission in for diagnosis and repair. They diagnosed and made the fix in about 3 days. at a reasonable price. They followed up to make sure that everything was going well with the car. Very professional, talked to us about options, and completed the work quickly. I recommend them for anyone needing transmission work.

Rare to find a quality transmission shop you can trust. Wouldn't take a vehicle anywhere else. I dropped my RDX off with a slipping transmission. Called back and said it was a bad torque converter, there was a "quiet" manufacturer extended warranty for it. Suggested I take it to the dealership and didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee. Long story short, the dealer wouldn't do the warranty work despite the transmission not working correctly (didn't load a fault code in the computer, so they said there was no problem.).
