I’m a local investor, and this is by far the worst title company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely unprofessional, and their fees are outrageous. They refused to accommodate a time around my work schedule, and despite already charging me a notary fee, they made me pay an outside notary just to sign at a time that worked for me. People, please do your due diligence—there are plenty of title companies in Central PA that are far more professional, people-friendly, and charge reasonable fees.
