rented storage space here for a car and about 12 boxes of household goods. Amanda, the manager, was very easy to deal with, very professional. Access to the unit was easy, as was the process of terminating it's use. No hidden fees or confusing charges. Everything was above board. The ability to pay on line was convenient and easy to use. Highly recommend.
Loved this storage unit. If I ever need to store anything again I will be calling Guardian Storage. Friendly staff and it is very clean and safe

We have to store everything but our furniture until we close on our new home in a month. The staff was very helpful, the building and grounds clean, well-lit and easily accessible. My only complaint was with the call center. I called to reserve a unit on the weekend and the lady at the call center was apparently working from home and her dog kept chewing a squeak toy and barking so that I had a lot of difficulty hearing her. We are sold our current house and our new house will not be ready for three months, so that means that 80% of our home will be going into storage. Taking almost everything that is near and dear to you and putting it into storage has been stressful and made us nervous. This is the best storage unit I'd ever used. Smart staff, great facility. I really like that they're 100% wind powered too.
Very clean and secure facility! I just moved from Illinois to Denver, the staff was Very helpful and accommodating. Set up automatic billing which was a breeze and never had to worry if locker would get broken into as everything is controlled access and they have alarms on all of the units. Will use again!
The manager, Alberto, is absolutely fantastic. Courteous, helpful, informative, and goes above and beyond what you would expect in customer service. A great experience, easy access, clean, well lit.
