Terrible experience. Bought a unit online and moved an entire 3 bedroom house into unit. Received call the next day saying that unit wasn’t supposed to be rented and I had to move all of my stuff to another unit. They said to make up for the mistake they would give me a bigger unit for no extra charge. The next month they charged me the price of the bigger unit. Manager said they would refund me the difference on the next bill, they didn’t. Autopay tried to take the wrong amount from my bank again, so I canceled auto payment... read more

The ladies at this location are fabulous, it was during inclement weather that I was trying to move. Didn't know exactly what I needed.And they made it fast, affordable and pretty much effortless to get everything done.I greatly appreciate the time and effort.I would recommend them to anybody
