Great people. Excellent service. Well maintained and clean building. Prices for the unit were a bit higher then other places I've been.
Great customer service experience! Hope & Trish made sure they accommodated our requirements & price. Made the process very quick & simple. Really nice facility. I feel confident that my furniture will be in a good place & it is such a convenient location, right off 79!
Wonderful experience! 90% of the paperwork can be completed on line ahead of arrival...facility is clean, very well maintained, and secure. Trish (Property Manager) was warm, very friendly, and extremely helpful. My daughter just completed her Freshman year and this was our first time using this facility (storing her belongings for the summer). We will be back!
I called today to find out pricing and the woman I spoke with was so helpful and pleasant! I went to the facility soon after calling and met Trish! She was wonderful, very professional and friendly. She showed me all around, everything was clean and brand new. There is coffee in the lobby and all kinds of moving supply if you need to buy something. Great prices too! I got a 10 x 15 climate controlled unit with two months free! If you need a storage unit definitely check them out!

I can't say enough about what a great experience we've had with Guardian Storage both in Robinson and Carnegie/Heidelberg. We were in an emergency situation and they co-ordinated services beautifully to get us the correct size unit we needed as well as arranging for the use of the truck. Thank you Trish and crew for making taking care of us!!!
This was my first storage usage. Trish was caring, helpful and felt more like a friend than a stranger doing a job. Thanks Trish and the facility exceeded my expectations.
Well at first I was so dissappointed, projected opening was September, so I booked in Monrowville, Rt 22 below Cochran. Great People. Then the need arose again, and YES ROBINSON WAS OPEN! HOORAY! THEY WERE GREAT. GIRLS WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT. REALLY WENT UP AND BEYOND! I AM PLANNING MY MOVE IN OVER THE NEXT WEEK WITH A HOPEFUL LOAN OF TRUCK AS WELL. AND CONVENIENCE TO HIGHWAY IS SO SUPERB. JUST LOVE GUARDIAN!
