We need temporary storage and Melissa found us the perfect small unit. She was friendly helpful and courteous.
Facility is clean and well maintained. Had an inside unit with temperature control and no negative issues. Staff is efficient. The only downside was that the rates increase quite often.

I was not very happy at this storage facility. I have had numerous storage units over the years. Everyone eventually raises your rate, there's no escaping it. Every place I have ever used raised the rate usually right at or around the one year mark. This place raised it after 5 months, to the tune of almost $10 on a $110 unit, citing rising operating costs. That's ridiculous! I have found the Pleasant Hills location to be so friendly and helpful in every way! Staff is just the best! Grounds are kept well maintained and manicured! Can’t say enough about this operation!
