They were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Everything was explained and the process was quick and simple.
I've rented several units at Guardian over the past 10 years and have never had any problems. The facility is always clean and if a problem occurs with your unit it's always taken care of promptly. Cindy and Lauren are always pleasant and very helpful especially about suggesting unit sizes for what would suit your needs. I anticipate having a unit there for a while yet and know I will receive the same great service as I have these past years.
I can’t thank Lauren Browne enough for her work. She is a hard worker and a model employee. She made my experience so pleasurable, I’ll be sure to recommend this exact location to everyone. The people at Guardian are friendly, helpful and personable. I moved to Pittsburgh from the state of Indiana and had to store my stuff for about 3 weeks before I could get into my new home. My stuff was safe at Guardian and the folks there made the process as painless as possible. Thank you!
I have been a unit holder for some time, and over a period of a few years, I have come to appreciate not only the superiority of the facility, but also the individualized attention that I experienced whenever I had any concern.
