Had 2 storage unit there. Now have one. They are terrific !!
I had to move storage units because I had stuff from work that was too big for my old unit. The gentleman who was working in the office, Michael, went above and beyond to help me move a very large piece of equipment. He didn’t have to help me… But he did. I was so impressed with his level of service that I will forever be a customer. Not only and a great employee… He seems like a really great guy that wants to do a good job. Fantastic staff - helpful, kind and professional. Can't imagine working with any better people. Have stored things at Guardian since 2004 or 2005. Suzanne is the very best!! Our stored items are safe and secure. Perfect in every way!
Suzanne and Debbie are always helpful. When I moved from the Guardian facility in Millvale to Cranberry, Suzanne was great and allowed my son and I to use their new truck to make the move, saving me lots of money in rental fees. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Couldn't be more pleased.
This is our first storage situation, and so far it has been seamless. Suzanne was gracious enough to take us around to different storage sizes so we could see what we needed in-person since we are newbies to this game. Her bubbly personality was wonderful to work with, and you could tell she is passionate about making this experience a positive one for us by adding in any discount we were eligible to get.
