Very shady. Guardian Storage will raise the rent without notice. Don’t trust them with your credit card number.
The manager, Alberto, took time to show us several options. He was also very aware of who was going in and out of the facility. And, he was just a nice person, which is always a great thing these days. The price, location, facility, and hours were just what we were looking for.

Alberto /Guardian Storage could not have been more helpful, more accommodating and super friendly to both me on the phone and to my daughter Hannah who met him in person. The move has been stressful enough, so it has been such a huge relief to know that Alberto will be taking good care of Hannah (and the accumulation of clothes, furniture, etc from the 4 years at CU)! I called 6 other storage places -to no avail-trying to rent a bin, to store my daughters belongings from her dorm, over the summer. When Alberto finally called me back from this location, I was frustrated. He made everything simple, helped me to rent the unit early so I would have it when it was time to move my daughter out. I was able to do everything over the phone, email and internet. I can’t tell you anything about how the unit looks until I fly out to Colorado next week.
