Brodie has been absolutely great! She consistently provides excellent customer service and is always incredibly helpful whenever I need anything with my storage unit. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of and is always attentive and friendly. She always returns my calls whenever she isn’t available as well. Really appreciate her support - highly recommended!
No Australian flag, yet other flags representing minority groups. I feel offended and discriminated. Is this Australia or not ? If i dont feel welcome as an Australian, I'll take my money elsewhere.
So very impressed with Brodie and the facilities at Guardian Storage Essendon. From my first call to a personal visit Brodie was super professional, very friendly and full of information & support. Talk about Guardian Self Storage to the rescue when I found myself needing a big storage space suddenly and quickly. Not only was this facility across the road from me it was the level of care and compassion from the staff that has stuck in mind even 1 month later getting a follow up visit from the manager the other day who showed a real understanding of where I was at and what I needed the storage container for, coming to see me personally was even better.
