Everyone I spoke with tried to help but they didn't have to authority to remove an insurance charge. I emailed Customer Service and Alliah Lightfoot received my email and within less than an hour she emailed me back letting me know the insurance charge on my invoice had been removed. That was amazing service and I am very grateful to Alilah. Thanks again Aliah!!!

I had a few small boxes that was still in my storage 1 or 2 days past move out day, so they charged me for a full Month and would not refund any of it back. Ridiculous
