If you're approached by this company, who contracts with ADT, RUN THE OTHER WAY! They have the most awful, inept customer service I've ever encountered. In order to avoid being stuck in a 3-year contract, I bought out my plan. Then I was promptly charged for an additional month of service, despite confirmation I had paid out the balance of my contract. Please do not not use this company. There are far better options out there that value their customers and don't screw you over.
Purchased cameras from 360 and called tech support who tried but couldn't help me set up motion notification over phone but can set it up with a service call. Guess it's not really my system after all
