I toured here to see about sending a relative here for rehab. They where able to accommodate a tour request quickly. It looked nice and professional
Recently had a family member stay at Guardian after a fall and hospital stay. They referred her their for rehab and additional IV antibiotics. The level of care and attention they gave her while there was tremendous, as well as everyone being so helpful to us for figuring out next steps. If you have anyone that is sent there or need a rehab facility, don't hesitate about Guardian.
