Belmont Dairy wasted our time and left us homeless – My husband and I answered an ad that said we should be ready to move in 10 days. Due to ineptitude and confusion over how their own process worked, we ended up being given the run around for 8 weeks. We were given false information at every turn. Guardian- Fed Subsidized Slackers – While a marijuana den on my floor has gone unnoticed (in a non-smoking building), I was served an eviction notice after the office at Belmont Dairy, unstaffed during office hours for weeks, lost my paperwork for a "random audit" - after I complained about non-residents parking in our garage. MurrayHill Park Beaverton oregon – I am living in MurrayHill park in Beaverton Oregon, and this is my worst experience in living in apartment. The multiple reasons are as follows: - They charged me almost $90 for being one day late on the monthly rental. I Hate living in Spring Water Commones – I moved in to spring water commons a while ago and have had a very bad time here. Turn Back! – I am currently a tenant at one of their newly renovated properties, or so I was told. I am sure you can put lipstick on a pig, and it is still a pig. They slapped some paint on the outside, grabbed some new, NON energy efficient windows, some reject fridges, and some cheap laminate and called it renovated! UGH! My manager (who does not live on site) HARASSES me since day 1. TURN BACK! DONT DO IT! – I rented an apartment from this agency for a little over a year. It was my first apartment and what a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience that was!!! Guardian Management is very anti-tenant when it comes to resident disputes. There solution.......EVICT!!!! They billed me for things that were not even valid and when I asked for an accounting 3 TIMES, the ignored me! The on-site manager, constantly harassed me! So, if you want to live in peace, I would recommend going elsewhere!!!!
