We are extremely unhappy with our service. Guardian only checks the signal ONCE A MONTH. So if you lose signal they have no idea. We had an actual emergency and I pressed the ambulance button and no one ever came. Completely unreliable. In November we were told that the only time they've received a ping back from our home was on the day of installation in mid September.
