Moved and they are trying to charge me 2k despite paying for all equipment upfront.
I have had the same equipment in my home when I was with a different service Guardian use the same equipment that I had when I switched to Guardian for the equipment. Finally, he did not work. The lady told me I could get new service new Equipment and pay $60 extra a month half of the equipment that I had in the house is still here. They did not replace it the new equipment that they did replace doesn’t work after the time.. I do with my thermostat through my alarm.com. I burnt my dinner while cooking and set my smoke detectors off. Guardian promptly called me to assess the situation - in which I told them all was good, I had burnt dinner. I got off the phone with them and started cleaning. They called me back a few moments later to let me know they sent a large pizza to my house for dinner. Totally above and beyond. My family was happy and full. I can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile with customer service.
If you have additional security system options, avoid Guardian Protection at all costs. Moved out of my house after 4 years of paying bills on time, and was told I have to pay their monthly rate of $53/month for an entire additional year while receiving no services, because of an apparent clause in a generalized contract. Find a better option
