If you have additional security system options, avoid Guardian Protection at all costs. Moved out of my house after 4 years of paying bills on time, and was told I have to pay their monthly rate of $53/month for an entire additional year while receiving no services, because of an apparent clause in a generalized contract. Find a better option
Wonderful customer service
We have had Guardian for years now and haven't had any issues with them. Recently we accidentally set off the smoke detector while ruining our pizza and they called me back after we hung up to ask what kind of pizza we like and sent us a pizza to replace the one we burned. That is above and beyond service! It definitely made our evening.
I’ve had Guardian for 6 years now and have always been satisfied. Recently, we had a small incident and burnt our dinner (it happens to the best of us) and set off our fire alarm. Guardian’s monitoring service team reached out to ensure everything was okay and then went above and beyond to order us a pizza to be delivered to our house because dinner wasn’t edible. My husband and I have experienced the worst customer service this year since from Guardian. We have been with guardian since 2018. In April 2024, we had an incident at our home and so we contacted guardian and they came out and installed 2 outdoor cameras and upgraded the keypad. We began to experience issues with the keypad two weeks after the installation. The keypad will go black which prohibits us from using the keypad.
