Disaster of a company. Beware if you ever want to cancel. They intentionally make it almost impossible. Can’t cancel over the phone. Have to wait for up to 3 days for them to send you a document to sign. Of course they put the burden on you to check your junk mail because it probably goes there. Then if you are lucky you get the DocuSign and then still have to pay for 30 days of service before you can cancel. What a rip off.
Very poor customer support. Problems with the system from the very start. Still unresolved.
Excellent service and fantastic staff! Highly recommend.
Great company, met all my security needs and more! I definitely recommend them to Friends and Family!
