I had an issue with our carbon monoxide detector, it was later at night and tech support was closed, but I was able to call in and then got connected with Rita who ended up being very helpful. She noticed another issue with our system, and she helped me take care of that one too (low battery). Very friendly and patient! I would highly recommend Guardian.
Yeah, be careful with these people. They call you and send people letters.Trying to collect two hundred dollars on payments for warranties that don't exist , it's a scam
the young lady I talk to was so nice so respectful and so patient if I can give her a higher start than five I would I just want to commend you on the good work that you do and if things don't work out I will because of her I will come back thank you and have a blessed day
Probably the most productive and efficient interaction; it’s never this great over a Chat feature. Abbie was phenomenal!
Purchased a new build from Fischer. The builder allowed guardian to pre install their keypad. Very unfortunate considering what their contract says. The most one sided contract I have ever seen. I’m shocked any builder would allow it to be honest. All I say if you’re in a similar situation read the contract! I’ll be taking the keypad out of my new home. I have had Ring for several years as well as ADT in the past and they are far superior and less liability than Guardian. Read the contract!!
