I had Guardian for a number of years. We decided to go back to being an unmonitored alarm. When you close down monitoring, error codes appear. Guardian did the installation, but will not tell your installation codes (which they have) to turn it off. So just know when you sign up for Guardian, you will need a new system if you ever leave them. (I see you note below which I appreciate, but don't know a way to DM you on Google reviews)
Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Installation was quick and went very smoothly
Guardian’s installer Omar was the best. The most polite, knowledgeable, thorough tech I’ve had in years. He left with great safety suggestions and you could tell he valued his work expertise. Thanks again.
Just purchased a new build with this system in it. I want to just take it out because dealing with the customer service representatives is absolutely insane!!!!! I would 1000% rather do ADT or Ring!
