The worst company I ever dealt with. Avoid their service if possible, or be stuck in a contract having to pay for service calls for their messed up service. Constantly being inconvenience by having to call about problems. Not Happy At All.

We have been a customer for years and didn't have any issues until we realized our Trend Micro Security License ceased to work for 6 months at the unbeknownst to us. Apparently, Trend Mirco had switched to a cloud platform which one would think we would have been notified by our Guardian Network Solutions. We tried to purchase MS Server licensing (16) through this company. They messed up something (they entered the incorrect global admin, and I guess it went to the wrong company) after we paid them, which prevented our licensing from being populated into our admin portal to use. After several weeks of back and forth, with sub-par communication, no resolution was ever reached, and no actual foreseeable solution that could be seen.
