My dad has been a customer since December 2021. Recently has mini guardian stopped functioning and though the Customer hold times were kind of long once we got Gary on the phone he was absolutely spectacular and probably one of the best customer service agents I’ve spoken with anywhere in a long, long time. After 5 years of the service I went to assisted living. Cancelled service and was told to return devices. Never knew I had to do that but I did return them. 3 months later my card is still being charged. Bank had to block them and hopefully now I will not be charged anymore. Customer service was nice but never FIXED the problem. Find any other company for your monitoring service

Canciling service is ridiculous tried to cancel service for months credit card keeps getting charged. Even after a refund for over payment . They say processing takes 30 days to charge you another payment .total scam

I had to cancel the service for my mom who was hospitalized and then went to assisted living. They never canceled her and kept billing her for the protection. They promised to refund the$50 to Moms card, but after nearly 3 months and several phone calls, still no refund.

Negative stars would be more appropriate. Customer service is no help. I'm glad the device wasn't found to not be working still after this 4th call, after someone fell and died since the device continues not to work. I will give the company credit they did tell us to put it in a well lit room... Yes that's really what we were told. How silly!
