Updated 5/2022: NOT RECOMMENDED! Indianapolis, IN. Initially had great service from GMS when installed and supported our security cameras in 2016 and the following ~4 years. Then in 2020 the cameras no longer connected with the online app. MULTIPLE attempts to text, email and phone call GMS and they completely ignored me. Finally spoke with a person and they said that they cannot help me- they no longer service security cameras.

Chris helped me with several audio questions and gave me great information and recommendations. I truly appreciate his expertise.
I donot recommend at all. They sell products without getting your requirements or without matching your requirements. Do your research 100% before and get what you actually need than what they offer. I had to buy more devices later after installing to meet my requirements ex: stream dolby content.
We had contacted Guardian Media Systems for home theater installation. Chris was very very thorough and very knowledgeable. He was very very responsive and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. They did a great job with pre-wiring our media room before dry wall installation. I am very excited about the final product and will share my reviews soon.
