Not happy I live in one of the properties on the coast, and agree with most of the criticisms stated in other reviews. The property and apartments themselves are nice, and relatively well-maintained. But management is evasive and/or non-responsive with tenants' issues, and as another reviewer said, eviction notices seem to be a standard way to deal with them. I have been waiting for two months to get a clear explanation as to why I received a 10% rent increase (I am a senior on limited income). My sense is that their main ob... read more

Bad Management Company We are a vendor for them on their properties down at the coast. They have been avoiding payment of over $1000 worth of work since October of last year. Every phone call is a different story and stall tactic. Stay away from these scam artists. Sorry I had to give them one star just to post this
