What a poor experience. They made appointment to come visit for estimates. The schedule visit time was 11 AM, but no one showed up than at 3:10 PM they called with 5 minute notice that they will survey my HOA for price quote while I was busy with office work. Its unfortunate, that you don't really care about your prospective customers. If you are this disorganized before you get the contract, what can I expect if we gave you the contract.
