My wife and I were traveling in the area and stopped in for a class. The coach was warm and welcoming. We were invited in with open arms and treated with respect despite being from another gym. The coaching was legitimate, we both left feeling as though we learned some new things and made new friends. No big egos or tough guys trying to hurt us. We would highly recommend.
Have been taking my son to Guardian for alittle over a year, and we love it there. George is great with the kids in teaching them in a fun and engaging way.
