Good place, good teacher, my child loves this place
Our family joined a little over 3 months ago and it was the best decision for us. Family friendly environment. Great instructors and a overall amazing gym family. They also offer classes for kids. I highly recommend you check them out if your interested in trying something new! Great investment in yourself and your future. We always feel better when we leave than when we showed up
My wife and I were traveling in the area and stopped in for a class. The coach was warm and welcoming. We were invited in with open arms and treated with respect despite being from another gym. The coaching was legitimate, we both left feeling as though we learned some new things and made new friends. No big egos or tough guys trying to hurt us. We would highly recommend.
